Hacienda

• La Hacienda plans to open the N.W. fiesta location for the American Latinos in the heart of  Oregon Wine Country between McMinnville and Spirit Mt. Casino on 1,000 feet of Highway 18 frontage.  Plans on the site also include a Mexican restaurant, store, and fiesta room.  The property owners are looking for a lessee to run, own, and operate the restaurant, store, cantina, nightclub, and fiesta room. 

• The new La Hacienda development will focus upon social meetings of the Latino population.  With the rapid growth of small business enterprises, the site  will offer a central place for traditional Latino fiestas, dances, food, markets, and more.

• Located half-way between Portland and the coast , La Hacienda is well located on prime highway frontage and river frontage.  No other real estate offers the same amenities as does this location. Land is available for a hotel site and development.

• Much of the real estate is developed toward tourism with Spirit Mt. Casino located only 10 miles to the west.  Spirit Mt. Casino is Oregon's number one tourist attraction.
