The N.W. Gathering Place for the    Indian Nation

• Spirit Hawk, Inc. ("Spirit Hawk") plans to open The N.W. Gathering Place for the Indian Nation in the heart of  Oregon Wine Country between McMinnville and Spirit Mt. Casino on 1,000 feet of Highway 18 frontage.  Plans on the site also include an Indian Trading Post and a Gathering Room.  The property owners are looking for a lessee to run, own, and operate the Gallery, Trading Post, and Tatanka Grill that may specialize in buffalo meat and other food products.  

• The new Spirit Hawk development will focus upon social gatherings  from the Indian Nation.  With the rapid growth of Native American businesses, the site  will offer a central place for Indian and contemporary fine art, featuring well-known Indian artists, a restaurant featuring grass-fed buffalo meat, outdoor gatherings, powwows, trading post, the "Gathering Room", teepee lodging, and more. 

• Located half-way between Portland and the coast , Spirit Hawk  is well located on prime highway frontage and river frontage.  No other real estate offers the same amenities as does this location. Land is available for a hotel site and development.

• Much of the real estate is developed toward tourism with Spirit Mt. Casino located only 10 miles west of Spirit Hawk.  Spirit Mt. Casino is Oregon's number one tourist attraction.
