It is the only billboard between McMinnville and Spirit Mountain Casino, a span of approximately 25 miles. It is located on Highway 18, one of Oregon's most frequented highways, only second to that of Interstate 5.

It has an estimated face value of CALL / face / month for a total revenue stream of T.B.D. if continually leased. Offers have been made to lease the billboard for periods as long as 10 years, but have been declined to give potential purchasers the option to use this tremendous marketing tool in their development.
